Emmy’s Charlottesville senior session was SO much fun. Not only did she show up with two outfits that I’m basically obsessed with, but we had such a good time together during her senior session! As we traveled around Pen Park together, her and Hunter and I laughed as much as we photographed! You can even tell from her images – her laughter really brought her senior photoshoot to the next level!

 

We also enjoyed getting to know Emmy as a person. Hunter and I started dating during my senior year of high school, so that time of life is pretty special to us. We love hearing about the college application process, and all the hopes and dreams (and sometimes fears) that accompany that unique year of life. It’s one of the reasons we still try to make room in our calendar for a few senior sessions each year, even when we’re totally jam-packed with weddings and engagements like we have been this year!

We’re so glad we connected and that you and your family were willing to drive all the way down to C’ville for your session! We hope the rest of your senior year is as chill as it’s been so far, and that the college application process doesn’t stress you out too much. We know it’ll all work out. Oh, and don’t panic if your direction changes once or twice (or five times) once you actually get to college. This is coming from professional photographers with degrees in political science and engineering ????
