This year is extra special for us. We always get so much joy when we see our couples in love, but seeing our dear friends in love is an added joy! I’ve known Kathryn (who only I am allowed to call Katie), since middle school. We have walked with each other through so much in life – bad boyfriends included 😂 We’ve been there to say when some guy was not worth the other’s time. And now we can say that we’ve both been there for each other as we each found the right guy too!

Katie and I are both total goobers. It takes a special man to walk into our lives and be the right kind of weird with us. Watching Katie and Eric interact during their engagement session was an absolute treat! They joked, and giggled, and poked fun at each other – Katie wasn’t hiding herself. Being your truest self in your relationship is so key, and Katie and Eric are starting off with their true selves. As good friends, we absolutely loved to see it!
