Giggly Engagement Session at Chiles Peach Orchard

If you think these two seem familiar, you aren’t going crazy. This is Katie and Boris’ SECOND engagement session with us! Why TWO engagement sessions? Well, if you remember their first session, you know that things didn’t exactly go as planned. After flying us all the way to Austin, TX just for their sunrise engagement session, a literal blanket of rain fell down on us about 40 minutes in! While we ate some breakfast tacos soaking wet, we all began planning another shoot together during Katie and Boris’ trip to C’ville. And we are so glad we did! Not only was it an absolute treat to have Katie and Boris in front of our cameras again before their wedding, but this session was a perfect opportunity to get another piece of Katie’s hometown into their photos!
One of the first things we remembered about Katie and Boris was how much we loved their laughs! These two spend much of their time together joking and laughing, making every minute with them fun. Wandering around Chiles Peach Orchard we could hear them behind us giggling and just having an awesome time together – it’s something that makes the heart so happy! We also remembered how refreshingly optimistic these two are. Just minutes after their first session had been rained out, he commented how lucky they were to get half of their session in Austin, and half in C’ville — the two cities that mean the most to them!

We are so glad that we could get together again! You guys are such a joy to be around and we are so lucky to have spent a little more time with you! We loved getting to catch up with you after a few months, and it is so wonderful that we will get to see you again next year for your wedding! Honestly, you two have ruined us. We wish we could do double-engagement session with all our couples!!
