As we were planning Michelle and Andy’s private estate engagement session, we were so excited to finally see the spot we had heard so much about! After catching a vision for the potential of the property over a decade ago, Andy’s parents purchased the land to serve as a getaway for the whole family. And while we knew it would be incredible, we weren’t quite prepared for just how stunning the property would be. We hopped on an ATV with them, and as we drove around our jaws dropped… and then we got to the overlook!

What stood out to us beyond just the views during Michelle and Andy’s private estate engagement session was Michelle and Andy themselves. Being so completely laid back, we were immediately comfortable with them. Talking about what their plans were for the wedding was — naturally — a popular topic. But we talked with them about their recent trip, the development of the property, their dreams for future family events at the property. And then they showed us the barn they’re building, and even though it’s still under construction, it’s already stunning! We cannot wait to capture their wedding in just five months!
