One of the best things about a wedding day are the raw, unguarded emotions that that couples and their families show. And for their spring Pippin Hill wedding, Maddie and Brody didn’t hold back! As we walked Brody to the last touch before the ceremony, he had barely made it up the stairs before he started crying. He knew Maddie, his gorgeous bride, was hiding just around the corner! These emotions crept up once again when Brody was finally able to see Maddie in her dress. As she rounded the corner of the aisle and came into view, Brody was in tears of pure joy — once again — accented by the widest grin we’ve ever seen!

With their ceremony and their portraits backdropped by the stunning views of a spring Pippin Hill wedding, the day felt like an absolute fairytale! Another thing that stood out to us about Maddie and Brody was that they had an appreciation — even during the earliest days of wedding planning — that their wedding day would seem to pass by in the blink of an eye. So they had an idea from the very beginning of planning that would help them to slow things down, even if for just a moment. These two snuck away during the height of their dancefloor to the balcony that overlooked the reception, to just take in the party together for a few quiet moments.
