Family Mini-Session at the Boar’s Head Resort

We’re always thrilled when our past wedding couples reach out to us after their wedding days. But we were especially happy when Jamie and Henry booked their family mini-session with us! After all, we photographed their engagement session in the middle of a snow storm! (The link is here, in case you’re curious.) That meant that we didn’t get our usual 90-minutes to get to know them as a couple. Instead, we had 30 very cold, very quick minutes together! So we felt like this family mini-session with them and baby Orla was like making up for lost time.
It was amazing to be with Jamie and Henry on their fall wedding day at Castle Hill cider, then to see them just 18 months later in a totally new stage of life! To see how they danced, snuggled, and played with Orla as we explored the Boar’s Head was so much fun. Don’t get us wrong — they were still goofy and fun and authentically Jamie and Henry. But now they had a partner in their goofiness! Henry’s ad-libbed songs especially had us laughing 😂

It was so wonderful to see you two again, and to get to meet Orla in real life! It’s been so fun seeing you two grow as an engaged couple, as a married couple, and now as parents.
