Jessie and James scouted the location for their Charlottesville spring engagement session the day before we went. As we walked up, she began to tell us about some spots they had really liked. But what REALLY surprised us was that she was able to refer to each trees and flower by name! There weren’t plaques that identified the plants, but with an avid gardener for a dad, she just knew the plants by heart! And the spots she picked were absolutely perfect 😊 Luckily, she was there to point the plants out to those of us less educated in gardens 😂

With their wedding fast approaching, we knew that there would be a LOT to catch up on during this Charlottesville spring engagement session! Jessie and James have been crushing wedding planning — which was no surprise to us. After their first date, they both had a great feeling about each other; these are people who know what they want. And we could see the chemistry between them as we roamed through the garden and fields!
