We found the cutest, tiniest little gift! At the time, we had no idea just how special that gift really was. When Hunter walked into the groomsmen’s suite an hour or so later, something happened that he didn’t expect. Just seeing the gift in his hand — a surprise from Grace to her groom — Anthony began to cry. We had learned from the speeches at their rehearsal dinner the night before that Grace was an incredibly intentional gift-giver. Before Anthony even opened the gift, he knew something truly wonderful lay inside.

As we began looking through Grace and Anthony’s details on the morning of their Farmington Country Club wedding, we came across something special.

He unwrapped the gift and found… a journal. As Anthony opened the leather binding and turned the pages, he began to cry. This journal was filled with all of Grace’s thoughts and her love for Anthony. Unbeknownst to him, Grace had been secretly writing in it almost every day… for years. She had started writing in it before they even got engaged! As Anthony cried, Grace’s brother began to cry. And Hunter and even a few groomsmen may have joined in. And no one gave anyone any flack for it.

Grace’s intentionality was seen in every single aspect of the day. From this incredible gift to the glow-light batons on the dance-floor, everything was perfect. It was a tear-filled day of joy and laughter! And as Grace and Anthony walked through the crowds toward their vintage Rolls-Royce at the end of their Farmington Country Club wedding, now it was Grace’s turn to cry. With her parents waiting by the car to say their final goodbye, this was the end. Many people dream of what their wedding day will look like. Grace & Anthony couldn’t have dreamed for a better wedding day than the one they had!
