“Okay, I’m ready to go see Dean!” That seemed to be Lisa’s refrain while she was getting ready for her wedding day. I was standing alongside her and the rest of the media team in the Presidential Suite of Villa d’Este. Outside the window was the breathtaking Lake Como, but I’m sure Lisa hardly noticed. She was so excited to see her soon-to-be-husband that she was “ready” long before she put her dress on. On the other side of the world-renowned hotel, Hunter walked around the grounds with Dean and his son Brody as they prepared for the big day. Brody would be presenting the rings during the ceremony, and was understandably pretty nervous!

 

As the early afternoon went on and Lisa got into her dress, she was finally, truly ready to see Dean. Just moments later, they stood among the flowers of Villa d’Este’s mosaic garden – where Lisa had been dreaming of getting married for years – hand in hand. Surrounded by their dearest family and friends, they told of their love for each other from their hand-written vows. Dean proclaimed himself to be the luckiest man alive, marrying his best friend. Lisa told Dean that even a lifetime together could never be enough.

We still feel honored to have been a part of such a magnificent wedding. Despite the stresses of hosting almost 60 guests nearly 6,000 miles from home, you two were the image of bliss throughout the entire wedding week. Lisa, your glowing smile and radiant joy immediately made you the star of every room you entered that week. And Dean… well you just couldn’t take your eyes off your bride-to-be. We’re so excited for the two of you and all that lies ahead as you experience the many joys of marriage!
