Romantic Sun-Soaked Engagement Session at Barboursville Vineyards

Tara and Andrew almost never met. Although they were in the same 1L class at Washington and Lee University’s Law School, the fact that they were assigned to different “groups” meant that they had no classes together during that first year. It was only because of a fluke — Tara’s flag football team (normally assigned based on your group) was short a player — that they even met. But the rest, as they say, is history!
Tara and Andrew both described their first date as the best first date they had ever had – despite the bad Thai food! It’s truly special when you find someone who you can talk to on a deeper level for hours on end, and Tara and Andrew quickly realized what they had found. From the early flag football gatherings to their infamous hiking date, Tara and Andrew had no trouble finding ways to spend time together and to learn more about each other, despite the busy schedules of Law students.

It was such a joy getting to know you guys, and watching you interact with each other! Your story is so unique and it honestly makes us so happy that you guys have each other during the challenge that is law school, especially during COVID! We know that you cannot wait to share some photos with Tara’s grandma as well, so we hope that she enjoys these photos as much as you guys do!
