We we’re pretty sure after Missy and Whit’s engagement session that we were in for a fun wedding day. And this past Saturday, we proved ourselves right! Every minute of their wedding was full of fun and life! Missy’s incredible pink dressing gown was an absolute joy to play with in the morning, and she rocked it like the absolute queen that she is! After their first look, Missy and Whit just had a good time together. Wandering the property with us and chatting about all the changes in their lives since we last saw them. Nothing could throw them off focus!

And when exchanging their personal vows were forgotten during the ceremony, they rolled with it 🤷‍♀️ They just did a private reading of their vows instead as we began their sunset portraits. The day really changed, however, when the dancefloor opened. We learned something new about Missy that was just SO fitting. When she strolled onto the dancefloor in a bedazzled jumpsuit, we were told about her love for Elvis! And she rocked that jumpsuit better than even The King himself could have! We spent the rest of the evening photographing the action as she pulled people onto the dancefloor, and occasionally found Whit wherever he was just to give him a quick kiss 😘

We absolutely loved being a part of your wedding day! The joy and the energy (and the beautiful fall weather) made it a day that no one will soon forget. We had so much fun capturing you both and we hope to do it again soon!
