Three-Day Indian-Jewish Fusion Wedding in Charlottesville, VA

Each day, our coverage began at absolute full-speed. And despite the plethora of portraits, ceremonies, events, and hunderds of guests, Misha and Jason were indefatigable. What could easily have been an overwhelming experience was basically them living their best life. Misha and Jason are clearly the kind of people who will take a challenge, and make something wonderful out of it. A beautiful example of this was their ceremony itself! They found a way to interweave both Hindu and Jewish elements seamlessly into a ceremony that honored both while bringing them together.

As we reflect on Misha and Jason’s three-day Indian-Jewish fusion wedding weekend, we are in awe of their endurance!

This energy was especially evident on the dance floor! They hosted not one, but two incredible dance parties over the weekend. They barely left the floor on both Friday and Saturday evening! Or, in Jason’s case, he barely stopped being being lifted up and jumping, to the point that his feet rarely hit the ground! And the surprise of the weekend for us was learning about Jason’s not-so-secret talent — rapping. Taking a few opportunities to perform for their guests, we were blown away!

It was such a joy getting to know you two better, and we loved sharing these moments with you and your families and friends. From the baraat to the ketubah signing, from the sangeet to the hora, you two made each moment so incredibly fun and memorable. And while we hope this isn’t the last time you two are in front of our cameras, we do hope these images bless you in these early days of your life together 💕
