One of the coolest parts about being a professional photographer is that we occasionally get to work with clients across different years and stages of their lives. Hunter shot Jenny’s graduation photoshoot two years ago when she finished her time at UVA, and this past Sunday, we got to capture her engagement session! Finally meeting her and Daniel together, in-person, was such a treat for us (even if Daniel is almost 18-inches taller than me!)

 

Jenny and Daniel were an absolute blast to shoot with. We barely had to prompt Jenny for genuine smiles or laughter, and Hunter’s over-the-top-fake giggles seemed to get her every time. But in those sweet, silent moments, we also got to capture some beautiful intimacy between her and her soon-to-be hubby! With a late-February wedding, their engagement session is coming just in time!

Thank you both so much for taking time out of your weekend to drive down to Charlottesville for your session. We know that Sunday evening drive back to Maryland wasn’t the most fun way to wrap up your weekend, but we hope that this blog post makes you realize it was all worth it! Although we’ll have your engagement gallery back to you with plenty of time before the wedding, we hope this blog serves as a sneak-peek, and a visible reminder to you two, and to the world, why you’re tying the knot next month!
