Hi, we're Hunter and Sarah, a husband-and-wife, luxury wedding photography team. We’re also educators, helping other photographers build profitable and sustainable photography businesses.
It was almost totally silent as Megan and Chris sat reading their letters that they had written to each other for this day: their wedding day. We had snuck them away from their venue to the other side of the marina as their guests arrived, so they could have one final moment together before the ceremony. Then… they started laughing. “We basically wrote the same thing!” Megan laughingly teased as Chris finished reading her letter. After being together for nine years, it probably wasn’t too surprising that they had such similar things to say to each other! They joked about what they wrote, about how the only difference was about the number of kids they wanted (the jury is still out on the 3 vs 4 debate) ????
For their wedding day, these two planned the perfect party! They spent months on the details, including training their dog, Harper, how to walk down the aisle (which she did perfectly, by the way). The Pennsylvania Cookie Table kept the 2,700+ cookies flowing, and their DJ had the dancefloor rocking all night! Megan and Chris wanted a memorable day and an unforgettable evening, and that’s exactly what they got! From getting ready, to their boat exit on the docks – this wedding was one for the books!
As fellow high-school sweethearts, we know all about the unique challenges and joys of seeing your now-spouse grow up from the time they were only a teenager. So many awkward hair styles (I’m looking at Hunter and Chris), but so many memories, and such an intimate understand of each other! All of that (and so much more) has made you two an absolute joy to capture, from your wildflower engagement session to the epic shoe shotgun on the dancefloor! We have loved walking alongside you two, and hope to capture your growing family again in the future!
With love,
Sarah + Hunter
